Come to our office, and you’ll find nearly as many dogs as people.

We have a pool table, a coffee shop, and plants... lots of plants. What’s most meaningful to us, though, is where we live. Headquartered on the Lake Champlain waterfront in Burlington, Vermont, we all have a strong sense of place.

Most of us spend our free time rolling or sliding down mountains, climbing, or swimming in Lake Champlain. We are community activists, and always do our best to foster connections in this place that we love.

In 2017, Oxbow joined VBSR, a statewide, nonprofit business association with a mission to foster a business ethic in Vermont. VBSR recognizes the opportunity and responsibility of the business community to set a high standard for protecting the natural, human, and economic environments of our citizens. Learn more →
